QUARTZSITE LTVA PRICE INCREASE - what does this mean for nomads this winter? $600?!

Quartzsite is proposing a huge increase in the price of the winter LTVA (long term visitor area) season permit. This is a HUGE cost increase for many folks on limited incomes such as social security, retirement, or disability, as well as those with low incomes who depend on living in the LTVA areas in Quartzsite, Arizona for the winter season.

I’m interested in hearing your thoughts on it in the comments, but this video expresses my own.
