Passion Play 2020 in Oberammergau Official Trailer

The 42nd Passion Play in Oberammergau begins in May 2020! This 380-year-old tradition is regarded as the most important passion play in the world and is an amazing pilgrimage journey. The extravagant production, which takes place only every 10 years, features 2500+ actors – all residents of the village -- as they reenact the suffering, death, and resurrection of Christ.
