Nowadays, lots of requirement that product to be fullycontained during processing, specially for highly potent products, TTP designs and manufactures integrated granulation system for containment, not only to protect operator and environment but also increase efficiency through automation and minimize down time.

Depending on product characteristics, TTP can design and provide Single-pot Processor, or Fluid Bed Granulator, or integrated line of Mixer & Granulator - Wet Sieving - Fluid bed dryer and Sieving/ Milling. With modern control system, it's easy to load, mix and granulate a second batch in the mixer & granulator while drying the previous batch in the fluid bed before discharge. All equipments can be Wash-In-Place/ Clean-In–Place in a single automatic process.
