Sonic Adventure 2 Battle: HUB World Mod! (Kind Of...)

Well, that was fun...
This is just a random mod I made. Essentially, it removes the stopwatch, stops you from losing rings, and allows you to play as any character so you feel like you're in a big HUB world when you're really just in a random level. It's sorta like my Arkham VR mod for Arkham Knight. The codes and mods it contains include:
- MainMemory's Character Select mod
- MainMemory's "Disable Upgrade Models" mod
- MainMemory's Amy Spin Dash mod
- MainMemory's "Disable Black Shield" mod (Metal Sonic has spin dash!)
- Infinite Lives
- Low Time (Stopwatch is frozen!)
- Hold A for Moon Jump
- Always Have Magnetic Barrier (invisible!)
- Shadow Has Bounce Bracelet
- Shadow Has Magic Gloves
- Tails Has Protective Armor
- Rouge Has Air Necklace
- Disable Music
- Disable Voices

INSTRUCTIONS:
---
1) Download and install the SA2 Mod Loader into your game directory.
2) Download the mod files and extract them to the new "mods" folder.
3) Open the mod loader .exe. The mods and codes should already be applied.
4) Click "Install Loader" and launch the game.
5) This is our city. We can do whatever the f*** we wanna do.
