An ATTRA Voices from the Field podcast -- Regenerative Grazing: Outcomes and Obstacles -- that Dave recorded with NCAT/ATTRA specialist Lee Rinehart is available here https://attra.ncat.org/regenerative-g...

This video explores one of the profit-oriented benefits of regenerative grazing: winter grazing of a greatly increased winter stockpile of grass. A summer long regimen of tall grass grazing with high stock densities results in a passive winter grazing season almost as long as its summer sister—in cold Montana yet. Those are regenerative dollars in your pocket. We will show how to inventory winter stockpile, moving sheep to different winter paddocks, how much residual to leave behind, and a simple stock water system winterized for zero temperatures. Join NCAT’s Dave Scott in this first episode on Regenerative Grazing at Montana Highland Lamb near Whitehall, Montana.
