This specialized training session is designed exclusively for NASA grant and cooperative agreement recipients. This training, led by Health and Human Services (HHS) Payment Management System Staff (PMS) focuses on the utilization of PMS for the reporting of the semiannual Federal Financial Report (FFR).

This training assists NASA grant and cooperative agreement recipients by providing an in-depth understanding of the HHS Payment Management System, learning the essentials of navigating and utilizing the system effectively, and preparing for the shift from a quarterly to a semiannual reporting cadence.

The shift from FCTR to FFR, coupled with the change in reporting cadence, represents a significant update in NASA’s financial reporting process.
