What we experience shapes our thinking, our thinking shapes our performance and our performance shapes our experience. Authentic communication is one of the most important skills one can possess. It impacts one’s performance and is responsible for success or failure. Communication is not just about how we speak to others, but also how we speak to ourselves. Becoming aware of our own capabilities and setting boundaries when needed. Finding one’s own inner voice and communicating it authentically is a key in shaping our performance and experiences in life. By choosing authenticity over adaptation one can elevate our performance and take the path towards a more fulfilling future.

Carina broke out of the conservative life and work model many years ago. Being free in thinking and doing is her motto, living out her own interest-creativity is her highest good.

Her curriculum vitae reads like an adventure novel: The expert for performance & holistic communication has performed in more than 500 productions during her active time as an actress. After the failure of her production company in the pandemic, the successful keynote speaker wrote the book DIE GRÜNDERBIBEL during the first lockdown.

As a functionary of Junge Wirtschaft Tirol, she is actively involved in promoting young entrepreneurs and supports business owners to develop their potential through soft skills training with Push Up Your Business, her company.
