Many people say you can't use cotton in a circular knitting machine, and I've successfully proven them wrong with thinner cotton yarns, but will this thick one work?

I'm using this yarn to make soap sacks for gifts for my crafting group; they'll be so quick to make with a circular knitting machine. This thicker cotton yarn will be more durable and give a better exfoliation effect than the thinner cotton I've used before.
