Finally the Jedi Under Siege storyline actually gets started. This is the big cutscene that introduces the planet of Ossus and the (formerly) hidden Jedi colony.

If you are playing a Jedi Consular (Sage or Shadow) character, then this is where Nadia Grell returns to your ranks. She has been completely absent during the entire KOTET/KOTFE storyline up to this point. If you decided you liked Lana or Theron more and chose them as waifu/husbando, then this reunion is quite awkward. She is VERY happy to see you again. I used VERY neutral but polite conversation options whenever interacting with her. 😖

I was determined not to lose Lana. It was at this time I truly realised that I do not like her as the romance option for the male Jedi Consular.

Add to that the very lame title of "Barsenthor". It really sounds cheesy, especially when Nadia says it like it has gravity. Did they pick the syllables out of a hat?

"Hark! For he is the FargleBlarg, ooOOoo, kisseth the ground he walketh upon." 🤮

This is just my personal opinion, but it feels like the Jedi Consular class has a lot of misses to it in terms of story, tropes, titles and romance options.

Also introduced at this point is "Doc" Kimble. He's one of the companions for the Jedi Knight class. He is still obnoxiously cocky...and yet...dare I say Doc has toned it down a little?

Jedi Master Gnost-Dural soon introduces himself, followed soon after by the new key character for Jedi Under Siege, Tau Idair. I didn't think much of her, but I did notice she has a really high- quality model. Looks really good. She was probably the proof of concept for improving the character models in general. Broadsword has allegedly been quietly fixing character models with tweaks to poly count and textures for a while now.

Oh and to round it all off, Malora returns to the stage. If you have played the Sith Warrior class storyline, you will have met her on Korriban as part of a story mission. Seeing her on the holovid, I recognized the armour she was wearing as the inspiration for one of the Cartel Market armour sets. It's a very nice one that I used for my Sith Warrior funnily enough, so an unintended full circle thing there.
