Why I was so mad at myself for buying the Harvest Right XL freeze dryer ... and how that changed

Have you been thinking of buying a freeze dryer? Or do you already have one, but you're considering an upgrade to the extra large? With all kinds of excitement and determination, and absolutely no experience, I bought the Harvest Right XL freeze dryer and immediately regretted it.
