The Only Icebreaker You'll Ever Need

In this video, I'm excited to share my go-to icebreaker or opener activity. I used to spend a significant amount of time searching for the perfect icebreaker for my sessions—I've probably tried hundreds by now! However, I've found that for me, the time invested in searching for new activities often doesn't justify the results.
While the opening of your session is crucial, I've learned that nothing beats a well-planned question paired with the right format for participants to respond, followed by a purposeful debrief. This combination sets a solid foundation for engagement and meaningful interaction right from the start.
