Hey everyone, my name is Fiona, I am from China, I exported the EPS machine& EPS mold from China to other countries.

Knowing the size of the EPS mold and the type of EPS machine that goes with it is essential to discuss the EPS mold.

In this video, I am going to show you how to customize an EPS mold from China.

There have 10 steps :
Step 1) Send us EPS foam sample
Step 2) Please put all the markings on the sample for the place you want to change, you can also send us the markings by email.
Step 3) We will make AutoCAD drawing based on your demand to get your approved
Step 4) we will make the 3D drawing to get your approved
Step 5) after drawing get approved by the customer we will start to manufacture the mold
Step 6) testing the EPS mold on EPS shape molding machine
Step 7) check all the testing sample size make sure it’s same as the drawing
Step 8) delivery the testing sample to customer if requested
Step 9) plywood sea worth packaging to make sure safe transport
Step 10) Loading container, we accept both sea freight and air freight.
