Painting Dunes with Pastels - Part 2

This is the second part of the time-lapse tutorial about painting a dune with soft pastels. I show how I develop this coastal scene on top of the underpainting I did in the Part 1.

Pastel is a perfect medium to create beautiful textures of the beach landscape, sand, grasses and trees. Starting with hard pastels I gradually switch to using much softer brands of pastels.
