The plaintiff says she and the defendant got into a huge fight on Halloween, which led to the defendant defaming and threatening her on Facebook Live. She’s suing for defamation of character. The defendant argues the plaintiff refused to answer her call and they could’ve solved this outside of court. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.
