Container Conversion System (CCS) is an integrated modular system made up of lightweight insulated panels and components that would rapidly assemble to form site offices, accommodation, command posts or medical facilities.

Kennovations was brought into the design process to produce CAD models of the design for the purposes of generating supporting images for a patent application and product licensing presentations. Senior Designer, Michael went underway developing a series of detailed drawings that give full spectrum 360° views of the CCS as well as 3D animations showing the sequence of each module.

The CSS is made up of three configurations. Firstly, by opening the container doors, the left panel can be replaced with a CCS module that enables air conditioning with a cable-pass through. The second module is a matching door that is lockable and weatherproof, sealing the container shut. The third and final module is made up of several internal panels slotted into the frame of the container to provide thermal and acoustic insulation. Installation of power, lighting, bathrooms and shelving are made possible with the internal panels transforming the container into a living space.
