Yorkshire Dales Country Walk Dentdale The River Dee from Dent round

Our video is a guided walk at Dent in Dentdale in the Yorkshire Dales. We have done this walk by the River Dee to be walked as two walks or as one. Dentdale is a beautiful part of the country in the Yorkshire Dales National Park but also in Cumbria. This is an easy flat walk following the River Dee on public rights of way through fields and on some small sections of quiet road. Elevation: Lowest point 116.8m (383.2ft) highest point 154.10m (505.6ft). For full walk approx 8.3 miles allow 3 hours. First half of walk to Tommy Bridge and return to Dent approx 3.7 miles allow 1½ hours. Second half of walk to Ellers and return to Dent approx 5.2 miles allow 2 hours.
