Every time you are ready to make bread, start here...

1 loaf
25g starter
50g flour
50g water

2-3 loaves
50g starter
100g flour
100g water

Grow and activate on counter top for 8 hours or once bubbly and fully activated and has doubled in size. Next follow bread recipe, or other sourdough recipe. Store remainder starter in refrigerator, discard previous starter.
