Dead Space Lore How Did Kendra Know Of Nicole's Death?

In the story of dead space and it's own lore the topic of the plot twist near the end of chapter 12, a question has always been present within my mind. How did kendra know that the Nicole Isaac was seeing wasn't real, that she was infact dead as she makes it clear that she has a understanding that Isaac is not familiar with. That nicole was dead the whole time and the marker was using her memory as a lure to use Isaac for it's own ends.
This video is to serve as a quick explanation as to how Kendra knew of Isaac's beloved Nicole's fate within the demented halls of the Ishimura deep inside of sick bay 2 of the medical deck.
