Not nearly as bad as it could have been. Just kind of bland & weird really. The prequel to Twinkle Nora Rock me was different enough that it runs that middle ground between good & boring that a lot of OVAs tend to fall into, but there's some good aspects. The soundtrack was by the same guy as Lupin the third so that's good. The main character NORA is as cute as anime girls get, & at least it had animation. I honestly thought it would be a lot worse. Is this even the same character? What's the deepest lore going on here? Are NORA & Twinkle different people? What's her power level. So Many questions with no answers. Why are you so mysterious NORA. What exactly are you?
