Mental Health and MS. It affects me too, more than ever. I talk about how I deal with it here.

Starting this channel has been really fun, bought me into contact with loads of amazing people AND has caused me to think long and hard about so many aspects of my MS that, until now, I have carefully kept boxed up and buried away in my brain.

Unsurprisingly, it has marched back into the front of my consciousness and is forcing me to deal with 27y of pretty decent denial all in one hit. It is proving to be pretty tough.

I gave a lot of thought to not getting my arse out of bed this morning because I felt like things are pointless. it is hard to describe as one part of my brain - the stay in bed one - was fighting with another part of my brain - the get off your arse one - about just getting going.

Now it is the afternoon and I have been for a walk I am so glad I didn't let the bed voice win. I have also had the opportunity to speak to two friends who get it and they cheered me up immensely. I am so grateful for that.
