01:56 Glue a strip of paper down the centre of the horn
02:07 Make the horn bobbles as shown

02:45 Glue the horns, using the tabs, to the base
03:18 Finish off by sticking on the mask
03:30 Now attach the straps, or you can use a Kirby grip or bobby pin
