Lateral pipe accessories

Teknacorp supplies lateral pipe accessories, essential pieces for connecting and branching pipes in the petroleum, gas, and petrochemical industries. They can be manufactured from both existing pipes and longitudinally welded rolled sheets, up to the final product.

Our laterals are manufactured in compliance with ASME B31.3, B31.4, and B31.8 standards. The choice of material depends on the specific requirements of the client, application, temperature, pressure, and exposure to corrosive media. Available in materials such as ASTM A234 Grade B carbon steel, high-temperature chrome steel ASTM A234 grades P-9, P-11, P-22, low-temperature steels A420 grade WPL6. Additionally, they are manufactured in ASTM 304L/316L stainless steel, all welded in accordance with Section IX of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

Available in various combinations of diameter, dimensions, and thickness according to customer specifications. Our lateral connections undergo heat treatment, hydrostatic tests, and non-destructive examinations (NDE) such as 100% X-ray, ultrasound, magnetic particles, and dye penetrant.
