Homemade Meatball Recipe

Recipe:

For the meatballs:

1kg (2lb) ground beef
80g (2.82oz) breadcrumbs
60g (2.11oz) Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 large eggs
62g (2.18oz) whole milk

Bake at 400F (200C) for 25 minutes

For the Tomato Sauce:

1 big can (796ml) crushed tomatoes
10g (0.35oz) granulated sugar
4g (0.14oz) fine sea salt
2g (0.07oz) black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
2g (0.07oz) onion powder
2g (0.07oz) garlic powder
20g (0.7oz) olive oil
