SPORTS: John Chin Ousted By Aryan Shah In ITF Futures Quarters | Tennis

#SportsNEWS: The fairytale run of Jamaican wildcard, John Chin, ended at the quarterfinal stage of the @itftennis Kingston M15 Futures Tournament on Friday, when he was beaten in three sets by India's top junior, Aryan Shah.

Chin captured the first set 6-3 and even led 4-2 in the 2nd set, but couldn't find the clincher, as his younger opponent rallied back to take next two sets 6-3, 6-2.

Shah will now battle 4th-seeded American, Ezekiel Clarke, who outlasted #8 Dan Martin of Canada 6-3, 3-6, 7-6. The top half of the draw saw Ryan Fishback easily dispatching Ricardo Rodriquez of Venezuela 6-1, 6-2, to now face the highest seed left in the draw in #3 Kiranpal Pannu of New Zealand, who got by Aristotelis Thanos from Greece 7-5, 6-3.

The semis are set to serve-off this Saturday at 10:AM.
