The Theme Park History of Horizons (Epcot)

Horizons was a dark ride attraction at Epcot, which opened on October 1st, 1983, and closed on January 9th, 1999. In this video, we take a look at the original concept of EPCOT and how it would become the inspiration for the attraction, its development, the loss of its GE sponsorship and closure, it's sudden reopening, and eventually closure for good to make room for a new attraction, Mission: Space.
