Tra i Paesi nordafricani, la Tunisia è quella più piccola in quanto ad estensione. Eppure la sua cucina, piuttosto che fotocopia dei Paesi vicini, presenta varie caratteristiche uniche! Prima tra tutti la presenza della salsa piccante harissa, che accompagna praticamente tutti i piatti! Scopriremo quindi che anche in quanto a street food, ha sapori originali da offrire. La cosa che più mi ha stupito, però, è la sua ricca offerta di colazioni così abbondanti da costringere a saltare il pranzo! Buon appetito!
