Here is a showcase of the newly released Ambitious Tywin in Champion tier arena, GvG and RTA.

Here are some tips and tricks I picked up for Ambitious Tywin:
Very high base HP/DEF, great synergy with his kit which scales of his health
When fighting alongside Champion Zerato, Tywin will instantly dispel Zerato's CC. CZerato will still counter, but no CC will be transfered.
Great synergy with Elena for defense (Basar is one of Elena's weaknesss, ML Tywin can insta cleanse).
The Speed Reduction and Heal Block on his S3 is actually very strong against ML Ravi and ML Ken.
ML Tywin is more defense/RTA oriented compared to Arena/GvG. His only niche in arena is his passive.

Comparison vs "Specialists"
One of his strongest utility will be his soul destruction, the only other comparable hero is Assassin Cidd. Assassin Cidd currently holds the second fastest speed in the game. This allows him to swiftly and reliably remove 20 souls in RTA/Arena Defense. Ambitious Tywin's speed is no where near Assassin Cidd, but he will be able to remove 4 souls via Elbris, Counters, and Dual Attacks.
Andre's Crossbow is a new 4 star artifact that was recently introduced into the game alongside ML Tywin. This artifact has a 100% chance to remove 2 souls after a single attack when equipped on a ranger. Single Target rangers will be able to take advantage of this artifact to swiftly remove souls from opponent. This artifact can potentially open up options in RTA for Iseria, F Lidica, and the upcoming Pavel. Again, Tywin's speed will not even be slightly comparable to those rangers, but the presence of any Soul Destroyer will deter enemies from investing too much in soul burning comps.
The final comparison will be his S2 passive. This passive is a powerful passive when used correctly. Unlike most other cleansers, Ambitious Tywin will be able to instantly cleanse all allies the moment he his struck with a debuff. The only comparison for this ability is Crimson Seed which has a 80% chance of removing a debuff when the artifact holder is struck with a debuff. Currently no other characters in the game possess ML Tywin's AOE cleanse passive. This niche is currently exclusive to Ambitious Tywin.

Pros:
His S1 is Soul Destruction with no CD
His S1 has a 75% chance to provoke with only 2 mola investment
Immediate cleanse 1 debuff from all allies when Ambitious Tywin is struck with a debuff
His S3 inflicts Speed Reduction and Heal Block which is very useful against ML Ken and ML Ravi
The damage on both his S1 and his S3 scales with his health. This allows durable builds.

Cons:
Only removes 4 souls
He will only be able to cleanse 1 debuff from all allies once per turn.
The chances of inflicting debuff on S1 and S3 is not 100%. This reduces the skill's reliability and makes you clench your booty in tight circumstances.
