We see the 2000 Dodge Viper GTSR concept car driving around at the 2017 Concours d'elegance of America. This has got to be one of the sexiest cars I have seen in quite some time. The GTSR concept was part of the Ralph Gilles category for the show, since he was the enthusiast of the year.
