Oscar Moreno, a retired Army veteran and single father of three, owns @_fragoutfitness focused on building strength, resilience, and community. Drawing from his military and parenting experiences, he inspires others to overcome challenges, promoting fitness as a path to healing, mental toughness, and purpose.

Cesar Rangel, turned his passion for sports into a career by founding @one_team_elite_fitness in 2020. Growing up in a large single-parent household, he used sports to overcome challenges. Now based in the San Fernando Valley, Cesar’s mission is to help people achieve their goals and build habits that improve life both in and out of the gym.

Diego Yong was born in Peru and raised in the San Fernando Valley, sees it as his calling to give back to his community. At @one_team_elite_fitness, he helps people achieve goals of all sizes in a welcoming, family-like environment. Excited for the future, Diego believes they’re just beginning.
