Amit and Rom from Khmer Angkor Restaurant are chefs in their own right. But tonight, they wanted to bring the StoryBites team to their favourite hole-in-the-wall Bengali joint in Christchurch. Ajit and his family run this restaurant providing traditional and authentic Bengali cuisine for the people of Christchurch New Zealand to enjoy. This is episode one in a new series all about pushing back against competition and allowing collaboration to win this time.
