Due to a large response from some pictures that I posted on social media of this LED lit sign that we just made and installed with people asking for a tutorial. I have worked for the last week to put this tutorial together detailing how I designed it, programmed the toolpaths, setup the layout, wired and installed it. There was a lot of content so I had to split it into two parts. This first part covers the design, the CAM and the CNC cutting of all components.
