Health promoting schools integrate health and wellbeing into their policies and culture to be healthy settings for living, learning, and working.

On 2 December 2025, Schools4Health organised a conference, called 'From awareness to action: making every school a health promoting school'. School directors and national experts showcased how they implemented the Health Promoting Schools approach through initiatives on physical activity, nutrition, and mental wellbeing, while speakers from WHO, the European Commission, UNICEF, and UNESCO spoke about the tools, initiatives, and programmes available.This is the recording of this in-person event.
