I was at the Angels home opener earlier this year so I thought it’d be appropriate to go to the Ducks home opener to support my favorite NHL team! They faced off against the Utah Hockey Club, which will be odd looking back on this game once Utah picks a team name. Their current name is only temporary.

The Ducks rebrand is absolutely beautiful and awesome too! I love that they are fully embracing Orange County! The game was also unforgettable as this is the first Ducks overtime game I’ve ever been to, with my Ducks winning a high scoring game 5-4!
