as i said in the video, i do pay for maintenance/utility & i believe mine is on the higher end (~$80/month), but my friends who also live in lofts said theirs run similarly so it might just b a loft thing :-( but tbh, im fine with paying that price for a larger space!! esp happy because my kitchen and bed isn't in one space together so i don't have to worry about cooking ~smells~ LOL

whenever it's bad lighting the quality gets s bad, but i swear it gets better LOL
