Steak Diane Casserole using a cheap cut of beef
this is the third meal from an £8.35 joint of Beef Brisket

Ingredients
for two servings

2 tbsp veg oil
750 g chopped beef. (Cheap cut)
3 tbsp Plain flour
Salt
Black papper
1 x Onion diced
3 x Garlic cloves
2 tbsp tomato puree
4 tbsp brandy or Whiskey
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
1pint beef stock (2 stock cubes)
300g mushrooms
1 tbsp corn flour and water mix. Optional
