Will no contact make my ex forget about me? Will using the no contact rule cause my ex to forget me and not come back to me?

We often fret that backing away, giving space, and stopping contact will make a boyfriend or girlfriend forget about us. But that is simply not true.

One way to demonstrate this is to consider how you feel about your ex right now. If they haven't reached out to you in a while, have you forgotten about them?

No contact often takes longer than a few days so you are likely wondering if that amount of time will cause your ex to forget about you.
