Edit Aug 29, 22. Just got off phone with tech support and they tell me they have a new software update almost ready for release that should revolve the Error 61 communication message.
Just received these parameters from Signature Solar to use until the communications is resolved
Here are the settings to set up on your EG4 inverter:
Setting 5 to USE
Setting 12 to 46V
Setting 13 to 58V
Setting 26 to 58V
Setting 27 to 56.5V
Setting 29 to 44V

Original: All setting are as described in the two videos posted by Signature Solar but still Intermittently getting the error message.
