Heinrad mentions Tan Tan Tanuki no chiebukuro (たんたんたぬきの知恵袋) or Tan Tan Tanuki’s bag of wisdom. This is in reference to a parody juvenile song called Tan Tan Tanuki.

The lyrics in the song go like this:

This parody song is based off of popular enka song Tobacco Ya no Musume (タバコやの娘). Interestingly enough, the Tobacco Ya no Musume was originally adapted from a traditional Christian hymn titled "Hanson Place," written by American poet and gospel music composer Robert Lowry. The Japanese parodied version of the song remains popular among Japanese children and adults to this day.
