Discovering KLM's New Business Class

In this video, I'll be sharing my epic adventure back from Seoul, South Korea through to Amsterdam, Holland aboard a refurbished KLM 777-300.

Overall, it was a pretty decent experience with KLM however, for sure one which left plenty of room for improvement. As part of the video, we'll take an in-depth look at the pre-departure experience at Seoul's Incheon International Airport, the refreshed cabin design, the food and so much more. For me, I think they really nailed this new seat design. The service from the crew throughout the flight was also superb.

In terms of the greatest areas for improvement, I'd say catering would be top of my list. With just the two options on the dinner menu in the evening, it was very light on the ground for Business Class, especially with such limited availability on the recommended selection. Whilst not a quick fix, the overall cabin layout caused issues when seated in the rear Business Class cabin as the video will get into.

Overall however, a really solid experience with KLM and they're for sure a carrier I'd return to one day!
