Description- Homoeopathy is the science of individualisation, which we perceive through our case taking, but the true case taking is done only when we know the utmost importance of the questions and not just for the sake of asking them. As a physician or a new student you must have gotten into a dilemma during asking the physical generals and more precisely the desire, aversion and intolerance. What if the patient has said yes, he/she likes this particular food or likes this one particular taste of food, would you consider it as a desire or what if the patient says that no, I don't like this kind of food, would you take it as an aversion? So the question arises when to take it as a Desire and Liking. This helps in finding out the intensity of the symptoms given by the patients, which will help and ease out in individualising the case.
