By default, a folio will have a domain name under hypefolio.com. If you wish to use your own domain name as a premium user, you may follow the steps here.

First you need to own a domain name or purchase one from sites like godaddy.com or 1and1.com. You can find instructions regarding how to point your domain name to Hypefolio’s DNS server by googling “domain cname redirect Use your own name server on (the name of your service provider)”.

Here’s an example on 1and1.com.

1, Log in to your account. Click “Manage Domain” from the Domains panel.

2, Then click “Edit Domain Settings”. In the “Subdomain Overview” section, then click “Create Subdomain”. Create any Subdomain which you want to point to your folio.

3, Then click ”Edit DNS Settings” from the Subdomain Settings drop-down menu. Select the CNAME option.

4, Enter the CNAME address “bind.hypefolio.com” in the Alias text box. Click the Save button to continue.

Now click on the editable field after "http://", and type your desired custom domain name that you just edited. You can also edit what’s after “/s/” by editing in the Url box below the “Use your own domain” box. Once both are done, click on “Submit” next to it.

Once we receive your request your folio will usually have your custom domain name within 24 hours.

The Custom Domain feature enables businesses to better deliver their brand identity to their customers by using their own brand domain names in Urls.
