[BINGKA] The Most Requested Bibingka Ng Mga Bisaya | THE BEST VERSION

Hello po good day, Kumusta? It's been awhile that I haven't uploaded but now I'm back with delicious Bingka Bisaya of Mindanao!

Here are the list of ingredients
-1 kilo of Regular white rice
-1/2 kilo of white sugar
-1/2 tsp of salt
-1 tbsp of Yeast
-4 tbsp of baking powder
-Banana leaf
-3 cups of water (mix together with the soaked rice before grinding them)
-4 whole grated coconut with I cup of water for First extract (yield 3 1/2 cups of coconut cream)
-1 cup of water for second extract (yield 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk)
