This video is used to encourage and train food pantries across New York to adopt the Client Choice method of distribution. Client Choice allows clients to choose the foods they receive as opposed to the pre-packaged method which doesn't take into account their preferences or dietary restrictions. Nearly 90% of all the food pantries in the Food Bank of the Southern Tier's six county service area practice some from of Client Choice.
