4x10 box jump
4x10 (10 each leg)Single leg box jump

3x10 calf raises

3x5 leg extensions

3x5 Backboard touch’s

This workout is meant to be fun and challenging at the same time!! I’m not a PT or an expert on workouts. I do what feels best to me and I figured this would very much replicate a ja morant workout based on his explosiveness and body type.
