Isa sa pinakapatok na ulam na luto sa manok ay ang chicken curry na talaga namang mapapakanin pa more ka sa sobrang sarap lalo na kapag medyo may anghang at super creamy ng sarsa nito. Narito ang paraan o way ko ng pagluluto nito mas super easy pero sobrang yummy!

1 thumb size ginger
1 large onion
6-8 cloves garlic
1-2 tbsp fish sauce
1 kilo chicken
1 cup water
1 medium carrot
1 large potato
400ml coconut cream
1 chicken cube
1 tsp chili powder
2-3 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp pepper
170g green and red bell pepper
green chili
salt to taste
