In this episode of #PaintLikeAPro I teach you how to paint fur/hair on a deer or any wild animal. I show you in detail how I build the textures and layers to create the realistic hairs. Painting short hair or long hair on an animal is the same process for me and I show you how to simplify it in any painting you are working on.

Materials I used:
- Golden Fluid Acrylics (carbon black, napthol red)
- Liquitex soft body acrylics (Titanium white, hansa yellow light, cerulean blue)
- Water for mixing with paint
- Round blender and scrumbling brushes from artist loft and princeton. Various other brushes I cover in the video.
