DCS: MEP v2 6 FIXES AND NEW VOICEOVERS

A new version of M.E.P (Mission Enhacer Package) for Digital Combat Simulator is done.
The old version robotic voiceovers have been replaced by more realistic and natural AI-generated voiceovers, for greater inmersion.

Additionally, it fixes issues with some support package commands caused by some of the latest DCS updates.

I want to thank MisterMann for his incredible work in making and sharing these new voiceovers.
