The creature’s mouth is wide and lined with a set of sharp, elongated teeth, giving it a menacing, almost cartoonish look, but with a terrifying realism.

Behaviorally, it exhibits unsettling patterns. It does not seem to possess any immediate intention to approach, yet its actions are deliberate. The creature remains stationary for long periods, seemingly assessing its surroundings. However, when it does move, it shifts with an unsettling speed—almost as if the legs under its body were coiling and uncoiling like spring-loaded mechanisms, propelled by some hidden energy source. The alien doesn’t walk; it slides across the ground, almost hovering, making no sound except the faint hiss of its movement.

Its eyes constantly scan, shifting focus from one point to another with unnatural precision. At times, it appears to mimic human behavior. When I turn away briefly to make a note, it shifts its position closer, silently encroaching upon my personal space. This, coupled with the unsettling click of its mandibles, suggests a highly intelligent creature capable of learning and observing.

Most concerning is its reaction to my attempts to maintain a safe distance. When I briefly activated the door lock on the containment chamber, it stopped, remaining still for several moments. Then, after what felt like an agonizing wait, the creature raised its head toward the ceiling, producing a low, vibrating hum—an unexpected noise that seems to reverberate through the air, as though testing for any weaknesses in the barrier.

As I continue my observation, it appears to lose interest in its environment for brief moments, instead focusing intensely on the window between us. I can’t help but wonder if it is planning its next move, or if it is communicating with some unknown external presence. This creature’s intelligence is apparent, and its behavior is both calculated and unnerving. The feeling of being hunted is palpable.

I must proceed with caution, as the creature’s unpredictable behavior leaves me unsure of how to interpret its intentions. Whether it is testing the boundaries of its containment or preparing for something more, I can’t afford to let my guard down.
