I this video I have discussed about Nishant Khatri v. BCI case The Delhi High Court has directed the Bar Council of India to consider announcing a pre-set schedule or time table for conduct of All India Bar Examination (AIBE) in advance every year.

The court had previously instructed the Bar Council of India (BCI) to provide a status report regarding the implementation of a predetermined schedule for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
The BCI's counsel stated that it could be challenging to announce a fixed schedule since it requires consultation with numerous stakeholders from different parts of the country before finalizing the exam dates.
Furthermore, it was conveyed that the tentative plan is to schedule the upcoming AIBE exam in September of this year.
