Ingredients:
Chickpeas
Onions
Tomatoes
Ginger and garlic paste
Spices: cumin, coriander, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and more
Fresh herbs: Kaddu and green chilies
Lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Soak and cook chickpeas until tender.
2. Prepare a rich and aromatic gravy using onions, tomatoes, kaddu, chickpeas and a blend of spices.
3. Simmer the chickpeas in the gravy, allowing the flavors to meld together.
